SomniaRapid consists of liquid melatonin in an effective and unique combination with lavender extract and vitamin B6. The product helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep (1 mg melatonin) and helps to alleviate subjective feelings of jet lag (0.5 mg melatonin). A healthy diet, regular exercise in the fresh air and restful sleep help the body to recover and regenerate optimally. While our muscles use the rest phase as a break, our brain, immune system and individual body cells are highly active.
