| Consumption recommendation | Directions: Take 1-2 level measuring spoons (5-10 g) daily with a meal. Mix with water (approx. 200 ml) or another liquid. Leave the drink to stand for a while so that the fibers can dissolve completely. Fiber can also be added to food (e.g. yogurt), even hot food if necessary. Adhere to the recommended dosage. A measuring spoon with 15 ml (= approx. 5 g) is enclosed. Only has a limited shelf life after opening. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. |
