Practice management in aesthetic medicine
Successfully and economically integrating aesthetic private services into your practice
Speaker: Dr Yuliya Zielinski –
Doctor, long-standing manager in the aesthetic industry, owner of the strategic management consultancy “The Skinbox”
Strategically positioning aesthetic services and making them profitable
How can aesthetic treatments become a stable source of revenue – and when do they become a financial burden? The 12-part lecture series on practice management in aesthetic medicine provides doctors with practical know-how on how to strategically position self-pay services, calculate them correctly and integrate them into everyday practice in a sustainable and profitable manner. The focus is on clear decision-making criteria for investments, reliable key figures, a realistic ROI assessment of aesthetic services and structured processes for economically stable practice development.
Contents of the lecture series
The content systematically covers everything from strategic practice positioning and developing a differentiated range of services to private billing and pricing strategy. Topics such as sales planning, cost structure, contribution margins and capacity utilisation management are covered, as are practice marketing for self-paying patients, digital visibility, patient loyalty and establishing a clear brand identity in the aesthetic field. In addition, the course covers efficient practice processes, team leadership, service quality and professional dealings with industry partners – always with the aim of establishing aesthetic medicine as a commercially viable field.
Who is this training course suitable for?
The lecture series is aimed at doctors who want to introduce new private aesthetic services or optimise existing structures. It offers both beginners a sound foundation for setting up a practice and experienced practitioners concrete tools for increasing turnover, improving capacity utilisation and strategic development. Instead of theoretical models, the focus is on practical concepts that can be directly applied to the economic success of one’s own practice.

Each module can be booked individually and is self-contained. The price per module is €40 including VAT (€36 for members). The complete lecture series can be booked for €395 including VAT; members receive a 10% discount on the total price after logging in.
